What you need to know before your visit

  • Book ahead
    It is important to book ahead as space will be limited. You can book easily on our website or give us a call if you are paying with a gift card or certificate.

  • Arrive 15 minutes Early
    We have new procedures in place that take time. So make sure to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled to check in, to allow for parking, pick up your ticket and get suited with a helmet for those who need to rent one! Your tickets are only valid for your selected session time.

  • If You Feel Sick, Stay Home
    As with our employees if you or anyone in your household is feeling ill or showing symptoms, stay home!!!!!

What we are doing to make tubing safe

  • New cleaning regiment
    our staff will be working hard to help keep our facility sparkling clean and sanitized!

  • Physical Distancing wherever possible
    We’ve added new markers on the floors on all premises to allow for physical distancing.

Chicopee Tube Park Rules & Safety

  1. One person per tube in sitting position only

  2. Before starting your descent, make sure the track is clear. Upon completion of you descent, look uphill, clear the track immediately exiting at marked areas only. Do not cross other tubing tracks.

  3. Do not stop where you obstruct a track or are not visible from above.

  4. If you are involved in or witness a collision, you must remain at the scene and identify yourself to a park first aider

  5. You must not use terrain if your ability is impaired by alcohol or drugs

  6. You must keep off closed tracks and obey officials, signs and warning at all times

  7. After completion of snow tubing, return tube to the tube enclosure

  8. Children must at least 4 years old and be over 1.1 meters (42 inches) in height and have a valid lift ticket in order to access the Park.

  9. Children 12 & under are required to wear a helmet.
